Was talking to a client yesterday about bringing their property on the market now vs. later. I summed it up pretty well, if I say so myself.
Typically the inventory goes up in March and April. It maybe starting a little early this year. We am not seeing evidence of a big surge in inventory or prices, more like a dribble. It is making buyers panic and there are multiple offers on everything. Once again, I am seeing people pay too much because of their fears. Yes, the market is experiencing a resurgence. Appreciation was solidly at 8-10% across the county last year.
