Now, what does that mean? Well, it varies depending on your family situation, demographic, and whether or not you are purchasing the property with others. Thanks to Fidelity National Title, we have this nifty graph to help us out:

For a married couple, the most common form of holding title is "community property, right of survivorship," but it can vary greatly on your personal situation. A strong qualified agent can help with questions like this.    Alex Narodny alex@marinrealestate.net

A fulfilling life is difficult to achieve with a long commute. Podcasts and carpool lanes can only bring one so much joy. I have a solution to small business owners who are struggling with this daily grind. My new listing on 305 Montecito Ave, Corte Madera (http://305montecitoave.com/) has two rentable office units below a 1200-1300 sq ft one bedroom residential space. Prime downtown location and just minutes to 101, plus the ability to live and work in the same building! With a commute of only one flight of stairs, I wonder how much more you could get accomplished?
