Broker's Tour Pick of the Week - 505 Los Cerros Drive, Greenbrae

Tuesday and Wednesday are broker's tour days in Marin County.  This is a real estate agent's way to check out properties listed for sale before the mad rush during open houses.  Peter and I try to see as many properties as we can.  We always want to find the best properties for our buyer clients and this is a great way. 

This week I saw a property that needs a shout out.  Call it my pick of the week.  505 Los Cerros in Greenbrae, CA is a great home on a huge level lot in a fabulous location (Kentfield schools).  It needs to be fixed up a bit but for the value it is great!  This is a brand new listing that I don't think will last on the market long.
